Chemical Composition and Size

The most 2 Important Trading condition in Purchase and Sell for Iron Ore are accepted as mentioned as 1. Chemical Composition which composed by Fe (Iron or Ferro) , Sio2 (Silica) , Al2O3 (Alumina) , P (Phosphorus) , S (Sulfur) and others (TiO2, As, Cu) etc.

2. Size distribution which is belong to the suitable process for Iron production or Blast Furnace further. Lump size are acceptable range from 10 - 40mm and Fine size are acceptable range from 0 - 10mm.

RIVER TRANSPORTATION BY BARGE

The In Land Transportation of Iron Ore along The Chaopraya River port to Koh Srichang Zea port is both economical and environmentally friendly.

A barge is a flat-bottomed boat, built mainly for river and canal transport of commodity.
Some barges are not self-propelled and need to be towed or pushed by towboats.

In fact, a single barge can hold as much cargo as 3,000 - 8,000 Metric Ton. Towboats also
offer greater fuel efficiency than other modes of transportation, and as a result, they allow for cleaner air and reduced emissions.

Screen to sizes

SCREENING

Vibrating screens are used to separate bulk materials in a mixture of different sized particles. For example sand, gravel, river rock crushed rock, also The Crushed Iron Ore are often separated by size using vibrating screens.

The Crushed Iron Ore are often separated to Lump size ( 10 - 40mm ) and Fine size ( 0 - 10mm ) which are suited in the furnace processing.

CRUSHING

As iron ore contains lumps of varying size, the biggest being more than 1 metre across and the smallest about 1 mm.

The blast furnace requires lumps between 10 and 40 mm, so the ore must be crushed to reduce the maximum particle size.

Crushed ore is divided into various fractions by passing it through many type of Crusher. and Screen to Lump and Fine size in next further step.
